By accessing or using the Platform, Members accept the responsibility to act in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. Verification: All sellers must complete the KYC verification process prior to listing items for sale on the Platform.

2. Accurate Listings: Sellers must ensure that their listings are accurate, complete and not misleading. This includes, but is not limited to, accurate descriptions of the item, pricing, and shipping details. Sellers must only list items that they are legally allowed to sell and that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Respectful Conduct: All Members must treat each other with respect and professional courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or any form of disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated and could lead to suspension or termination of your account.

4. Prohibited Items: Members are not allowed to list items that are illegal or prohibited by law, dangerous, stolen, counterfeit, obscene, hateful, or that infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any listings that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

5. No Spam: Members are not allowed to post repetitive or irrelevant listings, messages, reviews, or other content. Any form of spamming will not be tolerated and could lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Payment and Shipping: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that they receive payment for items sold and that items are shipped to buyers in a timely and safe manner. Buyers are responsible for making timely payments for items purchased.

7. Compliance with Laws: Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing online conduct and acceptable content, and the export and import of goods. The Company reserves the right to change these guidelines at any time. Non-compliance with these guidelines could result in penalties, including but not limited to, the removal of listings, suspension or termination of your account, and legal action.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

1. Platform fees: Members are responsible for paying any fees associated with the use of the Platform. The platform fee will amount to six percent (6%) of the final sale price of the item. Unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon in writing by the Seller and the Company, Sellers agree to pay a fee to the Company for each transaction completed through the Platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the total transaction amount at the time of sale. The Seller acknowledges and agrees to this fee structure as a condition of using the Platform and listing items for sale.

2. The Company reserves the right to change these fees at any time. Members will be notified via an update on the fees page of the Platform.

3. All fees associated with the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to the listing and transaction fees, are due at the time the transaction takes place.

4. Members are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with the Platform. It is the Member’s responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the payments they make or receive, and it is their responsibility to collect, report, and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority.

5. If a user fails to pay the fees or charges due, the Company may limit their ability to use the Platform, remove their listings, or take other actions as outlined in these Terms.
